Refunds and Replacements. 

In the unlikely event that you have been sent the wrong items or your order has been damaged during postage. We will fully refund or replace any damaged items or if needed all of the order. We ask that you contact us immediately so we can arrange replacements or refunds quickly and efficiently. 

If you feel the products are not as described or you have decided you no longer want the order. You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement as long as you notify us within 14 days of delivery and the items are returned and received by us within 14 days of your notification, unopened unused and undamaged. Unfortunately we can not offer this with queen bees or colonies of bees.

Replacement orders/items will be sent to the original order address. 

Payments will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order - usually refunded within 48 hours of delivery to us. 

 

English Honey:

Order Errors/missing items:

Should there be an error with your order, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by our packing team and ask that you notify us by telephone or email within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection of the incorrect order/items. Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, open and use, or give away any items, no replacement or refund will be provided. Once our courier has collected the parcel, we will dispatch the corrected order to be delivered the following working day from dispatch.

Missing items will be dispatched immediately.  

Damaged order/items:

Should your order be damaged in any way, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the postal service and ask the you notify us with 48 hours of delivery. All of our orders are packed to minimise the chance of damage. We will replace or refund any damaged goods. We will ask for photographic evidence of the damage to be emailed to us. 

Products are not as described: 

We aim to provide as much product information as possible with pictures that represent our jars of honey accurately. If you are genuinely unsatisfied and feel that our honey products are described inaccurately you are entitled to a refund. We will need notifying within 14 days of delivery and the items are returned and received by us within 14days of notification. Items must be returned unopened, unused and undamaged. 

All returns postage is covered by the buyer. 

No longer wanted: 

At all times until dispatch you have the right to cancel all or part of your order and be refunded. If you cancel part of your order, this may result in a change in shipping fees. 

After delivery you still have the right to cancel and return an unwanted order to be refunded. We will need notifying within 14 days of delivery and the items are returned and received by us within 14days of notification. Items must be returned unopened, unused and undamaged.

All returns postage is covered by the buyer.
