This exquisite Ling Heather Honey comes straight from the picturesque moors of Yorkshire. Rather than relocating our own bees across the country we’ve partnered with a seasoned bee farmer friend of ours who produces the honey for us, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
Amidst the vibrant pinks and purples of ling heather, honey bees busily work into the Autumn, transforming the nectar into a rich, aromatic honey that captures the essence of these enchanting British moorlands.
Heather Honey is thixotropic and has a smooth gel like appearence. Heather honey will set in time. If the honey starts to set, simply place the jar in warm water until it becomes runny again.
Store honey at room temperature, never in the fridge as this will speed up the setting process.
