Heather honey is thixotropic — naturally thick with a smooth, jelly-like texture — and has an intense, aromatic taste. It will gradually set over time but can easily be softened by warming gently in hot water. Store at room temperature, never in the fridge, to preserve its flavour and texture.

All the benefits of Matuka honey but less expensive and British I will never buy so called honey from any supermarket again. The supermarket honey is blended with sugar syrup from China and does not taste of anything. This honey is pure English honey, tastes fantastic and has all the natural anti toxicants and vitamins in it unlike the supermarket rubbish. 100% recommended, great price and supporting a British local bee keeper
