Description

Our 1.5kg tub of Pure English Borage Honey is perfect for those who can’t get enough of this beautifully light, mild honey. Produced for us by a trusted bee farmer partner in south-west Warwickshire, it’s made from nectar gathered from the blue Borage (Star Flower) blooms that bees love.
This delicate, refreshing honey is smooth, pale, and slow to crystallise — ideal for everyday use or those who prefer a gentle flavour. If the honey starts to set, simply warm the jar in hot water to make it runny again. Store at room temperature and never in the fridge.
