This delicious Borage (Star Flower) honey comes straight from the lush fields of south-west Warwickshire. Rather than relocating our own bees across the county in search of Borage honey, we’ve partnered with a seasoned bee farmer friend of ours who produces the honey for us, significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
From the vibrant blue blossom of the Borage, honey bees busily gather nectar, transforming it into the uniquely smooth and delicate English Borage Honey, cherished for its light and refreshing flavour.
Natural runny honey will set solid in time, Borage honey slower than others. If the honey starts to set, simply place the jar in warm water until it becomes runny again.
Store honey at room temperature, never in the fridge as this will speed up the setting process and set the honey solid.
