Our 1.5kg tub of Pure English Heather Honey is perfect for those who love the rich, full-bodied flavour of this uniquely British honey. Produced for us by a long-time bee farmer partner in Yorkshire, it’s made from nectar gathered from the wild Ling Heather that carpets the moorlands in late summer.
This dark amber honey has a smooth, gel-like texture and a deep, aromatic taste. Naturally thixotropic, it will set with time — gently warm the jar in hot water to make it runny again. Store at room temperature and never in the fridge to keep its distinctive flavour and texture.
