Our 227g jar of Pure English Heather Honey captures the rich, aromatic taste of the Yorkshire moors. Produced for us by a trusted bee farmer friend, this Ling Heather honey is gathered from the purple heather blooms that cover the moorlands late into the summer.
Heather honey has a unique, smooth, jelly-like (thixotropic) texture and a bold, full-bodied flavour unlike any other British honey. Over time, it will naturally set — simply warm the jar gently in hot water to return it to a runny state. Store at room temperature, never in the fridge.
