Summer bees forage many flowers, some being; blackberry, lime tree, sweet chestnut and clover. Producing a multi-floral honey with a flavour unique to each batch.
Natural runny honey will set solid in time, summer honey usually slower than spring. If the honey starts to set, simply place the jar in warm water until it becomes runny again.
Store honey at room temperature, never in the fridge as this will speed up the setting process and set the honey solid.

The best honey
I am not very knowledgeable about honey but I can say this is the best honey I’ve ever bought or had. You can taste the flower in the honey and it just looks and tastes so natural and fresh.
