Our 1kg jar of Pure English Spring Honey is ideal for regular honey lovers, bakers, and families who enjoy natural sweetness every day. Foraged by our bees from spring blossoms — including oilseed rape, fruit trees, dandelions, hawthorn, and hedgerow flowers — this light, floral honey is beautifully smooth and delicately fragrant.
Over time, pure honey will crystallise naturally. Spring honey tends to naturally set faster than summer honey. To make it runny again, warm the jar gently in a bowl of hot water. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature for freshness.
