Natural Setting & Storage
Raw spring honey crystallises naturally over time due to high floral glucose levels. To restore a fluid consistency, gently stand the jar in a bowl of warm water (under 40°C). Store at room temperature in a cool, dry spot out of direct sunlight; do not refrigerate.
