Produced by our bees across Warwickshire, Leicestershire and the West Midlands, each small batch captures the flavours of early spring — fruit blossom, oilseed rape, sycamore, hawthorn, and wild hedgerows.
This natural, unpasteurised honey may set over time, forming a fine-grained texture that’s a sign of purity. If it begins to set, simply place the jar in warm water to gently soften. Store at room temperature for the best consistency and flavour.

Spring Honey
I will never buy so called honey from any supermarket again. The supermarket honey is blended with sugar syrup from China and does not taste of anything. This honey is pure English honey, tastes fantastic and has all the natural anti toxicants and vitamins in it unlike the supermarket rubbish. 100% recommended, great price and supporting a British local bee keeper
