Summer bees forage many flowers, some being; blackberry, lime tree, sweet chestnut and clover. Producing a multi-floral honey with a flavour unique to each batch.
Natural runny honey will set solid in time, summer honey usually slower than spring. If the honey starts to set, simply place the jar in warm water until it becomes runny again.
Store honey at room temperature, never in the fridge as this will speed up the setting process and set the honey solid.

This is the best honey you can have, it is 100% natural. I have it delivered monthly, only because its more convenient for me. But you could always collect it yourself from the farm. You get a proper jar full of honey, which is excellent.
