Our 1kg jar of Pure English Summer Honey is ideal for regular honey lovers and home bakers. Collected by our bees from the wide variety of summer nectar sources — including blackberry, lime tree, clover, sweet chestnut and wildflowers — this smooth, amber honey is naturally sweet with a beautifully rounded flavour.
As with all pure honey, it will gradually set over time, though summer honey remains runny for longer. To restore, gently warm the jar in water until clear and smooth again. Store at room temperature and never in the fridge to preserve its natural goodness.

Excellent
This is the best honey that I've ever tasted.. its not too sweet and the flavour has a hint of rose in it. I use it on my breakfast and enjoy it in hot water as a drink. Because its well known that pure honey has healing properties, it is the best thing to have. I am over the moon and can't be happy enough that I've finally found you.I will be ordering more very soon. It tastes lovely.
