Our 340g jar of Pure English Summer Honey captures the essence of long, warm days and flowering hedgerows. Foraged by our bees from blackberry, lime, sweet chestnut, clover and meadow blooms, this golden honey has a smooth texture and rich, floral taste that varies subtly from batch to batch.
Over time, pure honey will begin to crystallise naturally — a sign of quality and purity. Summer honey sets more slowly than spring honey, and can easily be returned to a runny state by gently warming the jar in water. Always store at room temperature to keep it perfectly spreadable.
