Our 227g jar of Pure English Soft Set Honey is a smooth, creamy version of our spring or summer honey. Made using a traditional creaming process, it has a pale golden colour and a light, floral flavour unique to each batch.
Soft set honey has the same natural taste as clear honey but with a thick, spreadable texture that won’t drip from your spoon. Store at room temperature, not in the fridge, to keep its smooth consistency and natural sweetness.

I bought this mainly for medicinal purposes but it was the best honey I'd ever tasted when I tried it. It was some time before the lid was screwed back on!

Wonderful honey!
I bought 2 jars of the soft set English honey. I had to have some straight away and I was not disappointed! The taste of the honey is really beautiful-not too sweet and the soft set means it is easy to spread on toast or bread. I will definitely buy more as I very much want to support local British bee keepers and this honey is so delicious I am eating far too much of it!
