Honeyfields Bee Farm
Pure English Spring Honey 227g / 8oz - Light Blossom Honey
Our 227g jar of Pure English Spring Honey is perfect for everyday enjoyment — drizzle over breakfast, stir into tea, or spread on warm toast. Made by our bees in the Warwickshire, Leicestershire and West Midlands countryside, this light, multi-floral honey is foraged from spring blossoms such as fruit trees, oilseed rape, dandelion, hawthorn, sycamore, and hedgerows.
Natural runny honey will gradually set over time, with spring honey crystallising faster than summer varieties. To return it to a runny state, gently warm the jar in water. Always store at room temperature — never in the fridge — as cooler storage speeds up granulation.

Pure English Honey
The taste of this honey is simply decadent. It is light, rich, and floral. These days, when food can have many additives, it is so good to have a completely natural product. Thank you to the bees and bee keepers.
