Our 340g jar of Pure English Spring Honey offers a little more of that smooth, floral sweetness. Produced by our bees across Warwickshire, Leicestershire and the West Midlands, each small batch captures the flavours of early spring — fruit blossom, oilseed rape, sycamore, hawthorn, and wild hedgerows.
This natural, unpasteurised honey may set over time, forming a fine-grained texture that’s a sign of purity. If it begins to set, simply place the jar in warm water to gently soften. Store at room temperature for the best consistency and flavour.
