Our 340g (12oz) jar of Pure English Spring Honey is the quintessential everyday kitchen size—perfect for everyday toast, morning porridge bowls, and sweetening hot drinks. Light, floral, and aromatic, it is produced by our bees foraging across the Warwickshire, Leicestershire, and West Midlands countryside.
Forage & Flavour Notes
This multi-floral honey is gathered from early blossoms including fruit orchard blossom, oilseed rape, dandelion, hawthorn, sycamore, and hedgerow blooms. Delicately sweet with a soft floral bouquet, it drizzles effortlessly over warm porridge, elevates specialty teas, or melts into crusty bread.
Natural Setting & Storage
Pure, raw honey naturally crystallises over time; spring honey sets faster than summer varieties owing to its naturally higher glucose ratio. To return it to a liquid state, gently stand the jar in a bowl of warm water (under 40°C). Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight; avoid refrigeration, as the cold accelerates crystallisation.
