Our 1.5kg tub of Pure English Summer Honey is perfect for those who enjoy honey every day and like to keep plenty on hand. Made by our bees foraging a wide range of summer flowers such as blackberry, lime, clover, sweet chestnut and meadow blooms, this golden honey has a luxuriously smooth texture and a mellow, floral flavour.
Natural honey will eventually set — a hallmark of purity — though summer honey generally crystallises more slowly than spring honey. To make it runny again, simply warm the jar gently in hot water. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, and never in the fridge.
