Our 227g jar of Pure English Borage Honey is a light, delicate honey with a smooth texture and subtle floral sweetness. Produced for us by a trusted bee farmer friend in south-west Warwickshire, it’s made from nectar gathered from the vivid blue blossoms of the Borage (Star Flower) plant.
This honey has a mild, refreshing flavour that’s perfect for drizzling over yoghurt, porridge or toast. Natural runny honey will set in time — Borage honey more slowly than most. To return it to liquid form, simply warm the jar gently in hot water and always store at room temperature.
