Our 340g jar of Pure English Borage Honey captures the essence of summer fields in south-west Warwickshire. Made for us by a long-time bee farmer friend, this honey comes from bees foraging the beautiful blue flowers of the Borage (Star Flower) plant.
Naturally smooth and light in flavour, it’s prized for its clean, refreshing taste and pale golden colour. Over time, all pure honey will begin to set — though Borage honey takes longer than most. To make it runny again, warm the jar gently in hot water. Store at room temperature, not in the fridge.
