Our 340g jar of Pure English Spring Honey offers a little more of that smooth, floral sweetness. Produced by our bees across Warwickshire, Leicestershire and the West Midlands, each small batch captures the flavours of early spring — fruit blossom, oilseed rape, sycamore, hawthorn, and wild hedgerows.
This natural, unpasteurised honey may set over time, forming a fine-grained texture that’s a sign of purity. If it begins to set, simply place the jar in warm water to gently soften. Store at room temperature for the best consistency and flavour.

We have a small spoon of honey every day, in tea on porridge or cereal. It’s a natural product produced in England. Supporting local business is very important we should all use it or lose it. This honey is not blended like mist supermarket honey produced in China or via non EU areas. This is pure English lovely tasting natural product, but the best you will never buy anything else. I’ve been buying from Honeyfileds for several years and will always buy from them.

I’ve bought this honey for several years after trying to find a local bee farm. This honey has a lovely fresh taste, I really rich flavour, the best factor for me is I can collect. A spoon of this honey on my porridge every morning is just perfect. I have half a teaspoon before bed. To top it all its a great price for English honey. For me it’s a must have, it’s nice on toast and it’s very good for you! Don’t hesitate just buy, once you’ve bought and tasted this honey your only buy this from then on.
