Our 1kg jar of Pure English Summer Honey is ideal for regular honey lovers and home bakers. Collected by our bees from the wide variety of summer nectar sources — including blackberry, lime tree, clover, sweet chestnut and wildflowers — this smooth, amber honey is naturally sweet with a beautifully rounded flavour.
As with all pure honey, it will gradually set over time, though summer honey remains runny for longer. To restore, gently warm the jar in water until clear and smooth again. Store at room temperature and never in the fridge to preserve its natural goodness.

High quality local gem
High quality honey that taste just like 100% raw honey should taste and with the right consistency unlike the adulterated low quality honey that are often sold in supermarkets. I love the distinct flavour of this one a great deal.

This is the best honey you can have, it is 100% natural. I have it delivered monthly, only because its more convenient for me. But you could always collect it yourself from the farm. You get a proper jar full of honey, which is excellent.

This is my 3rd purchase, 2 Summer Honey and 1 Spring Honey. This is the very best honey I have ever tasted and I will continue to purchase in the future. It has to be tasted to appreciate how lovely it is
