Our 227g jar of Pure English Summer Honey is the perfect size to enjoy a true taste of the British countryside. Produced by our bees foraging summer blossoms such as blackberry, lime tree, sweet chestnut, clover and wildflowers across Warwickshire, Leicestershire and the West Midlands. Each batch has its own distinctive multi-floral flavour, shaped by the season and the landscape.
Natural runny honey will slowly set over time — summer honey typically takes longer to crystallise than spring varieties. To soften, simply warm the jar gently in hot water. Store at room temperature, not in the fridge, to preserve its smooth texture and natural quality.
