Each batch has its own distinctive multi-floral flavour, shaped by the season and the landscape.
Natural runny honey will slowly set over time — summer honey typically takes longer to crystallise than spring varieties. To soften, simply warm the jar gently in hot water. Store at room temperature, not in the fridge, to preserve its smooth texture and natural quality.
