Our 1.5kg tub of Pure English Spring Honey is perfect for those who enjoy honey every day and like to keep plenty in the cupboard. Foraged by our bees from a rich mix of spring blossoms — including fruit trees, oilseed rape, hawthorn, dandelion, and wild hedgerows across Warwickshire and the surrounding counties — this honey has a light, golden colour and a delicately floral flavour.
Natural runny honey will gradually set over time — a sure sign of its purity. Spring honey tends to crystallise more quickly than summer honey, but can easily be returned to a smooth, runny state by gently warming the jar in hot water. Store at room temperature and never in the fridge to maintain its natural quality and taste.
