Summer bees forage many flowers, some being; blackberry, lime tree, sweet chestnut and clover. Producing a multi-floral honey with a flavour unique to each batch.
Natural runny honey will set solid in time, summer honey usually slower than spring. If the honey starts to set, simply place the jar in warm water until it becomes runny again.
Store honey at room temperature, never in the fridge as this will speed up the setting process and set the honey solid.

Summer Honey
My favourite of the three available. Slightly stronger taste than Spring honey. I will never buy so called honey from any supermarket again. The supermarket honey is blended with sugar syrup from China and does not taste of anything. This honey is pure English honey, tastes fantastic and has all the natural anti toxicants and vitamins in it unlike the supermarket rubbish. 100% recommended, great price and supporting a British local bee keeper
