  • Two Buckfast queens 5

Posted by Henry Lewis on 9th Sep 2022

Early days but they have taken well. One replaces an older queen producing grumpy bees and the other was for a late swarmer which failed to requeen. Feeding now and hoping to get to strength for winter. Very promising.

I bought my first Nut from Honeyfields Bee Farm many years ago and would never go anywhere else for replacement Queens. The next day service is reliable and they will even guarantee a Saturday delivery if you need it. The Queens are fantastic and produce well tempered, productive colonies. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Top quality queens, usually change a few of my queens every couple of years and always found these queens lay within days of being introduced and never had one rejected
